Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Project Solutions came about as a result of the high value we place on our customer relationships and our commitment to their success.
At the end of a successful industrial or commercial flooring contract, our flooring customers would often ask us if we had the capacity and expertise to help them with construction projects within their organisations. We realised that the answer was a resounding yes as our highly skilled team had the expertise to deliver projects covering any sector within the construction industry. It was a natural progression to branch out and form Project Solutions to offer principal contractor services, engage with subcontractors and offer self-delivered specialist services to end-users.
Over the years, our team of experts has grown and Project Solutions has become a versatile provider in the construction industry. We have not promoted this part of our business as much as we have with our commercial and industrial flooring, but our construction project solutions customer base has nonetheless grown, along with the size and scale of the projects we undertake.
Now, 11 years into Project Solutions, we are pleased to be able to introduce a new leadership team.
We’d like to introduce Adam Hurlin, our new Head of Projects, who brings to Project Solutions his extensive senior construction and operational management experience, 18 years’ worth of it across the field of construction, delivering to Blue Chip clients. Adam started as a site manager and found that wherever he worked, he rose into senior management roles, firstly as a project manager, to a senior project manager, then an ops director and most recently a construction manager. Adam’s focus is on quality management and he thrives in an environment where he can set a standard of excellence both in operations and in the way clients, subcontractors and staff are looked after. Adam is as excited about his new role as we are to have him. He is thrilled to be part of a dynamic, delivery-focused and growing business that shares the same core values and culture to deliver the best professional service to clients.
